Q: Why advertise on your billboards, banners or window boards?

Q: How many people will see my advertisement?
A: At last count by the city our signage receives 94,000 vehicles a day passing by it! Now with the new developments and more coming the count will be up. Giving more vehicle traffic & foot traffic. Our signage is lit from dusk to dawn, unlike some other forms of banner/board advertising.

Q: Do I have to design my own ad to go up on the billboard, banner or window?
A: Equity Billboards is proud to have an in-house designer. Everything is covered in the production costs, including design (artwork), installation! We've worked hard to get the best price and service for your company. You will be given the proof and free to make changes before the final ad goes up.

Q: If I want to rent a specific ad space but there is already an ad there, how long do I have to wait?
A: It all depends on the rented ad space that the client has signed up for. The ads can run anywhere from 1-13 to 40-52 weeks. Contact us and we may have other options for you!

Q: I have rented an ad space but want to move my ad to another view. Do I have to pay for production cost again?
A: If the print is on banner or corplast material no. 

Q: How much notice do I need to give you in order to renew the lease on my ad space?
A: We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice in order to extend your lease. At which time a deposit, will be required at time of renewal. The deposit is equivalent to 4 weeks of your current lease price.

Q: How long does it take to create my ad and have it up and viewable?
A: On average it takes 2 weeks. But it all depends on how elaborate the artwork it or how many changes the client makes to their ad before it's printed and ready to go up.

Q: If I have a long-term ad campaign, can I change the design periodically during the lease life?
A: Yes, you can change the design. You would be charged for new production costs and re-installation fees.

Q: What is the payment schedule?
A: At signing you would be charged for the production costs, artwork, installation, plus taxes and then you would also pay for the first installation payment of 0-13 weeks. Once the board is up then we require post-dated cheque for each 13 weeks for subsequent payments. Contact us for more details.
